I have studied from field theory, in particular, topological defects in supersymmetric theories and high density quantum chromodynamics to vortices and topological defects in ultracold atomic gases such as Bose-Einstein condensates and Fermionic condensates and superconductors/superfluids, Majorana fermions and non-Abelian statistics.

Superfluids of neutrons are considered to be realized inside the core of neutron stars. In particular, I am studying superfluids of triplet 3P2 parings; topological superfluidity of triplet superfluids, integer and half-integer non-Abelian vortices and their effects on neutron stars. I am also studying topological properties of color superconductors which are expected to be realized by quark condensations in higher density.
