- Search for topological phases in iron chalcogenide superconductors and related substances

We succeeded in suppressing the phase separation by pulsed laser deposition and obtaining single-crystal thin film samples of the entire composition range. If it is possible to observe the change in the signal derived from the appearance / disappearance of the majorana particles due to the topological phase transition when changing the composition continuously using this thin film sample, it may be strong evidence for the existence of the majorana particles. I expect.
In order to clarify the superconducting properties of single-crystal thin film samples in the entire composition range, we are exploring the possibility of joint research while conducting complex electrical conductivity measurements.
